Sitka Realty, at 228 Harbor Drive, is the former location of Staton’s Steakhouse & Cocktail Lounge,
where Norm Staton, my father, became well-known for serving his delicious Fish & Chips.
Candi began her real estate career in Sitka in 1995, receiving her Broker license in 2000 and opening
her own office in 2005.
Born and raised in Alaska and moving to Sitka in 1955, she has watched the growth
and development of our fair city. Both of her two children and her grandchild were raised here.
They have enjoyed all of what Sitka has to offer a family.
Besides spending time with family, some of Candi's other enjoyments include
gardening, old movies, reading, travelng, and serving on the Board of Directors
for the Sitka Cancer Survivor’s Society and The
Episcopal Society of St. Simeon and St. Anna.

In 1995, Susan began her real estate career working in the title insurance industry.
She has been a Realtor ® since 2001. In addition to Alaska, she holds real estate licenses in both New Hampshire and Vermont
Susan
is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and has obtained the highly coveted
Realtor ® designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Susan hails from Texas and graduated from the University of North Texas in 1993.
After graduation, she spent time in Florida and then moved to Littleton, New
Hampshire, which has been home for the last twelve years. Her husband, Chris,
who works as a physical therapist at SEARHC, and two golden retrievers complete
the family.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, traveling,
and keeping up with college football.
